Maximum lead times of five working days on traditional lines and 72 hours on samples exemplify the concept.
Saveral Srl has three high-productivity and flexible plants dedicated to products in aluminium, aluminium alloy, magnesium, steel, copper, silver, iron, and ferrous alloys: three powder coating lines, one equipped with a powder centre (IPS by WAGNER) of the latest generation, and two screen printing systems: one to affix logos on different painted products and one for the edge of motorcycle wheels.
The lines equipped with robotic systems also use specialised painters to ensure, together with the best quality of the treated surface, further control of the pieces’ phases at the entrance and exit of the painting booth.
Painting that, through careful and punctual selection and personnel training, uses specialists in the different procedural phases, such as cleaning and unmasking.
In particular processes, the pieces are stripped of their masks and cleaned, with particular attention to the unpainted parts, to eliminate any smudges after leaving the polymerisation oven.
All these activities are obviously always aimed at observing the absolute value of quality.

The painting system combines automation and craftsmanship. Our technical staff carries out particular painting procedures, which involve the skilful use of electrostatic guns to precisely apply a homogeneous layer of powder to the metal to be painted. Then, oven heat activates the polymerisation and transforms the painting powders into a resistant and compact surface to protect the substrate.
Painting that, through careful and punctual selection and training of personnel, uses specialists in the different procedural phases, such as cleaning and unmasking.
All these activities are obviously always aimed at observing the absolute value of quality, which is also reflected in the powders used and purchased – about 500 tons per year – by the most important Italian and European paint producers, in a winning synergy in search of new solutions.
The company has about 500 powders coded, half of which are always in stock and ready to quickly meet customers’ heterogeneous needs, even with the formulation of tailor-made colours.
