Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is intended to describe how the site is managed concerning the processing of the personal data of its visitors, who will be treated according to rules of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and non-excess under EU Regulation 2016/679 Any personal data submitted by users to request product information or contact the company will never be transferred or distributed to third parties; it will be used in full compliance with the fundamental principles dictated by the abovementioned regulations.

Purposes of the processing

The personal data provided by visitors may be processed by SAVERAL Srl exclusively for the following purposes: – collection and storage of personal data to respond to requests for information and contact sent by users; – collection and storage of personal data to send information by email; – Internal processing of personal data is used to define visitor profiles and develop the site for marketing and promotional purposes.

The subject of the processing

The Data Controller processes personal, identifying data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, email) communicated by users when filling in the contact form.

Data Retention Period

The Data Controller shall process personal data for the time needed to fulfil the above purposes and for a period not exceeding ten years from the termination of the contractual relationship.

Means of processing

Your data is processed using the methods indicated in Article 4 of the Privacy Code and Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the GDPR, and more precisely: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and destruction of data. The processing of personal data carried out for the above purposes uses fully automated tools. The Blog Owner ensures and guarantees that the information processed does not include topics concerning sensitive data under EU Regulation 2016/679. As such, any processing that may directly or indirectly involve sensitive data shall be excluded.

Freedom to grant consent and the consequences of refusing to do so

The provision of personal data is optional. However, in the event of refusal of consent for the purposes indicated above, the site shall be unable to provide the information services for which it is requested, including registration on the site itself.

Data Controller and Data Processor

The data controller is the website owner: SAVERAL Srl. The Data Managers for processing personal data are the officials and persons in charge of managing the databases in their respective sectors of competence.

Data communication

User data shall not be disclosed.

Access to data

User data may be made accessible for processing: – to the Data Controller’s employees and collaborators in their capacity as appointees; – to third-party companies or other entities (e.g. credit institutes, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies, etc.) that carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Controller as external Data Processors. The updated list of data managers and processors is kept at the Data Controller’s registered office.

Rights of the data subject

Concerning the information subject to processing in this privacy policy, all the rights referred to in Art. 15-21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 are recognised: Right of confirmation and access to the processing of personal data Rights to rectification and erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten) Right to restrict the processing The right to portability is understood as the right to obtain data from the Data Controller in a structured format suitable for everyday use and readable by an automatic device so that it can be transmitted to another Data Controller without hindrance. Right to object to the processing of personal data. Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right to lodge a complaint with the Data Privacy Guarantor Authority.
